The 2025 elections included 3 current board positions, up for reelection. Nicole Lewis (Chair), Andra Dolton (Vice Chair) and Thomas Kainz (Treasurer).  

• Advertisements for potential board members (candidates) were placed in the Mountain Mail and on this website.
  • There were no candidate applications submitted nor any applications for write in candidates prior to the legal deadlines. 

Despite there being no candidate applications received, an election was still held to allow district members the opportunity to vote on an AVAD ballot question re: Should the current board term limits be set aside, allowing existing board member to rerun for open office positions regardless as to how many terms they have already served.

• Per legal requirements, an advertisement was placed in the Mountain Mail announcing the election and the ballot measure being voted upon.

Voting was held on the first Tuesday in May (May 6th) and the ballot measure passed
