The board will be looking to obtain a loan for $150k in January to expedite completion of the new Coaldale facility. The loan would be paid off in full by the end of the 2024 fiscal year.
At the beginning of the regular board meeting in March (March 18, 2022) the board will vote on a resolution to amend the 2021 budget. The amendment is due to an increase in the Capital Projects Fund expenditures from $60,000 to $68,500. When the budget was formally approved, the purchase of land in Coaldale had not been anticipated.
