Board Meetings are held on the third Monday of every month. AVAD's meetings are held virtually, You can view the board meetings using the following link:

If you do not have the capabilities to join the meeting virtually, please contact us to make arrangements to meet with one of our volunteers or board members to attend the meeting virtually at the Coaldale station.
